Terms of Service
Effective Date: May 24, 2026.
You are reading the legal agreement for whyismymapranklow.com. We run this site to help you diagnose Google Business Profile issues. We share what works for our agency clients. We expect you to read the rules before applying our frameworks to your local SEO strategy.
Using this website means you agree to these terms. If you disagree, close the tab. We provide guides on NAP consistency, review velocity, and map pack proximity signals. You consume this content under the condition that you accept these rules.
1. Site Access and Acceptable Use
We built this resource for business owners and local SEO practitioners. You must be an adult to use our site. We assume you have basic knowledge of how Google Maps operates. We do not cater to spammers.
You agree to use our diagnostic tools and content for legitimate business purposes. Do not scrape our site to build your own automated SEO audit tools. Do not attempt to bypass our security measures. We log IP addresses and permanently block malicious traffic.
We host discussions and link to our Skool community. You must behave like a professional. Do not spam our comment sections with links to your own agency. Do not post fake Google Business Profile verification methods. We delete spam immediately.
We ban users who promote black-hat tactics. Buying fake reviews violates Google guidelines. We do not allow discussions promoting review manipulation on our platforms. We focus on legitimate citation building, on-page optimization, and entity resolution.
2. Intellectual Property
We built these audits from scratch. Every case study, diagnostic checklist, and GBP optimization guide belongs to us. We spent years tracking algorithm updates to write this material. You cannot copy, scrape, or repurpose our content for your own agency.
Stealing our content carries consequences. We actively monitor the web for scraped versions of our local SEO frameworks. We issue DMCA takedowns. We protect our work.
You can quote small excerpts. You must link back to the original article. You cannot copy entire pages and paste them into your own client reports.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties
Google changes the rules. We do not control the algorithm. We publish strategies based on our own testing with live client profiles. We track proximity signals, category dilution, review velocity. We share our findings. We do not guarantee you will hit the top three map pack positions.
Your results depend on your market. An HVAC contractor in Phoenix faces different review velocity requirements than a dentist in a small town. We provide information, not a guaranteed ranking service.
No magic bullets exist in local SEO.
If your profile is suspended because you used a virtual office, our guides will explain why. We cannot force Google to reinstate it. You use our diagnostic information strictly at your own risk. We do not provide professional legal or financial advice.
4. Limitation of Liability
You execute these fixes at your own risk. If you change your primary GBP category and your rankings drop, we are not responsible. If you build bad citations and trigger a manual review, that falls on you. We provide the map. You drive the car. You own the results.
We cap our liability to the maximum extent permitted by law. We will not pay for lost revenue, missed leads, or suspended profiles resulting from your interpretation of our content. Local SEO carries inherent risks. You accept those risks entirely.
Sometimes Google updates its core algorithm and wipes out map visibility for entire industries. We document these shifts. We do not compensate you for the traffic loss. You operate at the mercy of the search engine.
5. Affiliate and Tool Disclosure
We test tools. We recommend the ones that work. Sometimes we link to citation builders, rank trackers, or review management software. If you click an affiliate link and buy a subscription, we earn a small commission.
This does not change our editorial process. We rejected 14 different grid tracking tools before settling on the one we currently recommend. We only link to software we actually use to diagnose client map rankings. We disclose these links clearly on the pages where they appear.
You do not pay extra when using our affiliate links. The software companies pay us directly. You can always bypass our links and go straight to the tool provider.
6. Course and Community Access
We run a premium Skool community for advanced local SEO training. Access requires a separate login and subscription. We revoke access for members who share proprietary course materials
